Dog Walking
Each visit will include a walk, fresh water, feeding, playtime, mail retrieval, administering medication if needed, updates, and lots of love at no additional cost.
Pet Sitting
Each visit will include fresh water, feeding, litter scooping, playtime, mail retrieval, administering medication if needed, updates, and lots of love at no additional cost.
Overnight Pet Sitting
This includes both evening and morning walks, feedings, and much more.
House Sitting
Each visit includes: watering plants, checking the mail, checking around to house while owners are away

10- 12 hours overnight (example 8pm -8am) 10 hours guaranteed
Midday and/or afternoon visits are booked separately

- $5 per additional dog

- $10 for before/aer hours (any walk/visit scheduled before 7:00 AM and aer 7:00 PM) ● $25 Holiday fee
- $10 same day/last minute request.
- $10 late fee payment per each week payment is late
- $25 key drop off and pick up
Meet and Greet
1st meet and greet is required (complimentary)
Each meet and greet aer will be charged as a full visit ($25), unless there is a new pet. We require 2 sets of keys to be provided.
Holiday List
Christmas Eve/Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King day, Easter, Memorial Day, Columbus Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Veterans Day, New Years Eve/Day, Presidents Day, Mother & Fatherʼs day.
Payment for Services
Payment is required to book any pet sitting including overnight visits. Please review the booking cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
We use your reservation to plan availability to our clients. When you book our services, we reserve exclusive time for you and your pets and have likely turned away other clients during your scheduled time. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies to the entire balance of the reservation. There will be no refund for same-day cancellations.
Daily Dog Walking
We plan our routes and distribute them to our team members each evening around 7 pm. Therefore, cancellations made before 7 pm the evening prior will incur no charge.
Pet Sitting and Vacation Visits
More than 14 days notice: full refund.
7-14 days notice: 75% refund
3-6 days notice: 50% refund
Less than 3 days notice: no refund
There are no refunds for clients returning home early.
Overnight Sleepovers / House Sitting
Our cancellation policy for overnights is the same as pet sitting and vacation drop-in visits. See the above “Pet Sitting / Vacation Visits” section. Due to this being our most requested service we want to make sure we secure your reservation. Once we secure your reservation we will not accept any new reservations from other clients. A non-refundable deposit may be required. If a non-refundable deposit is required, we will notify you once we confirm your reservation.
Full payment is required to hold reservations.
